Having learned what we can about freedom and human behavior over the last 200 years – how could we rewrite the Constitution to better reflect our huge population growth, depleting resources and Corporate Greed? The how we do it is irrelevant. Let’s just say a New Constitutional Congress made up of a cross section of citizens (Race, Economics, Religious Preference, Sex (and Preference), Health, Age, Talent, Mental Capacity, Education…) all represented. Specifically what articles should there be?
